HISTORY
James D. Lynch, III, started our company with a pick up truck, one mower, and a dedication to excellence. After two years, Jim ventured into commercial accounts, providing services for Homeowner Associations and JPL was incorporated in 1997.
In 2005, JPL acquired Todd Maintenance, Inc., further growing to serve more office complexes and retail properties, hospitals, government facilities and municipalities. Such growth has positioned us as an industry leader in Metro Denver.
